He was an Assistant Professor in Endodontics at Tabriz University (2000-2002). He practiced limited to Endodontics in Tehran from 2002-2009 before he immigrated to Canada. He completed the Dental Specialty Assessment and Training Program in Endodontics at the University of Toronto in 2012 and has since been practicing in Toronto while also teaching as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Toronto.
